At CREATIF CIC, we’re a small UK-based social enterprise dedicated to creative work with a purpose. We sell digital downloads and limited-edition hand-printed artworks to support grassroots organisations in Myanmar. Below you’ll find clear details about our returns process, what we accept, how to contact us, and what to expect.

📥 Digital Downloads

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital downloads once they have been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or receiving your file, please email us at hello@creat-if.com and we’ll resolve it promptly.

🖼️ Physical Prints (Screen Printed & Limited Editions)

We take care to quality-check and securely package every print. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

✅ We Accept Returns/Refunds If:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You provide photographic evidence of damage to both product and packaging

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The product was damaged after delivery
  • The return is requested due to change of mind
  • The print includes intentional handmade variations (common in screen printing)

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email hello@creat-if.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue
  3. If eligible, we’ll offer a refund or replacement (you may be asked to return the item first)

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost for damaged goods within the UK. For international returns, we will provide further instructions on a case-by-case basis.

We operate as a social enterprise — not-for-profit — and all profits go to support local rebuilding, education, and community resilience projects in Myanmar. We ask you to consider the social impact of your purchase before requesting a return. That said, we stand by our products and want you to be satisfied with your experience.
